Materialversorgung sicherstellen

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produktion und Projekte jederzeit mit den benötigten Materialien versorgt sind. Dazu planst und beschaffst du Artikel in enger Abstimmung mit Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktion und Vertrieb.

Beschaffungsprozesse steuern

Du wickelst Bestellungen eigenständig im ERP-System ab, behältst Liefertermine im Blick und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.

Vorausschauend handeln

Du erkennst mögliche Engpässe frühzeitig, verfolgst Termine aktiv nach und findest gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern Lösungen.

Qualität und Kosten absichern

Du prüfst Eingangsrechnungen sorgfältig, unterstützt bei Auswertungen und sorgst für eine verlässliche Datenbasis.

Lieferantenbeziehungen entwickeln

Du pflegst unser Lieferantenetzwerk, hältst Stammdaten aktuell und trägst zu einer langfristigen und partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit bei.

Dein Profil

Fundierte Ausbildung

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für betriebliche Zusammenhänge.

Erfahrung im Einkauf

Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf mit, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen.

Digitale Affinität

Du arbeitest gerne mit ERP-Systemen und digitalen Prozessen und möchtest Abläufe kontinuierlich verbessern.

IT-Kompetenz

Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft 365, insbesondere Excel und Teams. Erfahrung mit Business Central ist von Vorteil.

Persönlichkeit

Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, kommunizierst klar und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick. Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
