Bei Loxone gestaltest du aktiv die Versorgung unserer innovativen Produkte, koordinierst Lieferanten und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft - von der Bestellung bis zur termingerechten Verfügbarkeit. Bring deine Expertise in ein dynamisches Team ein und trage direkt zu unserem Erfolg bei.

Deine Aufgaben

* Sicherstellung der Produktverfügbarkeit durch effiziente Bestellabwicklung und Terminverfolgung

* Betreuung und Kommunikation mit Lieferanten (Liefertermine, Abweichungen, Reklamationen, Engpässe)

* Monitoring von Beständen, Reichweiten und Bedarfen

* Unterstützung bei Lieferantenbewertungen und KPI-Auswertungen

* Eigenständige Durchführung von Änderungs- und Kostensenkungsprojekten

* Teilnahme an internen Abstimmungen (R&D, Logistik, Qualität) zur Sicherstellung des Materialflusses

* Unterstützung des strategischen Einkaufs bei Recherchen, Anfragen und Vorverhandlungen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau), höhere AHS/HAK oder Studium (z. B. BWL/SCM)

* 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf, der Disposition oder einem vergleichbaren administrativen Bereich

* Erfahrung mit Lieferantenkommunikation sowie Bestell- und Verfügbarkeitsprozessen

* Branchenkenntnisse in Elektronik oder Industrieproduktion von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, zuverlässige und proaktive Arbeitsweise

* Organisationsstärke und Multitasking-Fähigkeit

* Kommunikationsstark und kundenorientiert

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel); ERP-Erfahrung von Vorteil

* Entsprechende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

Es handelt sich um einen 38,5-Stunden-Vertrag mit Gleitzeitmodell. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass für diese Position je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung eine Gehaltsspanne von € 38.000,- bis € 48.000,- Brutto/Jahr vorgesehen ist. Wir sind bereit den Fähigkeiten angemessen mehr zu bezahlen.
