Operator (direct dienstverband) APELDOORN 40 uur € 3.000 - € 3.500 # 68218 Omschrijving Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productie van kwaliteitsproducten volgens recepten. Het gaat om zeer nauwkeurige werkzaamheden waarbij je met verschillende losse ingrediënten het eindproduct maakt. Het mengen tot het eindproduct gaat machinaal. Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de samenstelling van de recepten, het in- en afstellen van de machines, het bewaken van de kwaliteit en het bijsturen tijdens het proces. Als Operator werk je elke dag samen met jouw directe collega's en produceer je producten van een hoge kwaliteit. De werkzaamheden voer je machinaal uit. Een belangrijk onderdeel is de samenstelling van de juiste ingrediënten volgens bestaande recepten. - Het samenstellen van grondstoffen volgens recepturen; - Opstarten en het in- en afstellen van de machines; - Het verhelpen van storingen of de technische dienst instructies geven; - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren, afwijkingen vastleggen of oplossen; - Onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren. Je werkt dagdiensten of in een 2 ploegendienst. Wat wij jou bieden Je ontvangt een contract direct vanuit onze opdrachtgever voor een periode van een jaar. Als alles goed gaat en beide partijen tevreden zijn dan bieden zij een contract voor onbepaalde tijd aan. - Maandsalaris tussen 3000 euro en 3948 euro bruto inclusief ploegentoeslag; - Vakantiegeld; - 35 vakantiedagen; - Pensioenregeling; - Regelmatig verhoging van het salaris conform cao; - Jaarlijks een periodieke salarisverhoging bij voldoende functioneren; - Activiteiten buiten het werk om.
