Ben jij klaar om als Operator aan de slag te gaan in de chemische logistiek? Werk in een 2-ploegendienst en groei mee met een bedrijf waar veiligheid en ontwikkeling centraal staan! Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verlopend productieproces. Jij stelt machines in, bedient ze en lost eventuele storingen snel op. Bovendien zorg je voor een hoge kwaliteit van de producten en volg je veiligheidsvoorschriften nauwkeurig. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Instellen en bedienen van afvul- en verpakkingsmachines. - Signaleren en oplossen van storingen. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en bijhouden van productiegegevens. - Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces. - Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst, met een afwisselend rooster van ochtend- en middagdiensten, zodat je een goede balans hebt tussen werk en privé.

Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je komt te werken bij een bedrijf dat zich specialiseert in de opslag, distributie en verpakking van chemische stoffen. Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan hier centraal, en je wordt onderdeel van een hecht team waar iedereen samenwerkt om onze klanten wereldwijd te bedienen. De werksfeer is informeel, met korte lijnen en volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Wat we jou bieden Naast persoonlijk contact - Mooi salaris tussen €2.600 en €3.500, exclusief ploegentoeslag, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Uitzicht op een vast contract bij goed functioneren. - Goede secundaire voorwaarden, zoals pensioenopbouw en een onkostenvergoeding. - Ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden. - Overwerkvergoeding voor werken buiten reguliere uren.

Jouw kwaliteiten Waar we naar op zoek zijn - Ervaring als Operator, bij voorkeur in de chemische of logistieke sector. - Technisch inzicht en een scherp oog voor detail. - Bereidheid om in 2-ploegen te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. - Een proactieve en nauwkeurige werkhouding.
