Ben je daarnaast op zoek naar een afwisselende baan in de productie? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Als operator zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces goed blijft verlopen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en controleren van verschillende machines en houdt in de gaten of alles naar behoren functioneert. Wanneer er een storing ontstaat, weet jij dankzij jouw technische kennis snel te handelen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de productie blijft draaien en de producten voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Instellen, bedienen en controleren van verschillende productiemachines; - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen, eventueel samen met de technische dienst; - Verrichten van eenvoudige onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan machines en installaties; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de geproduceerde dakpannen. Je werkt volgens een vast ploegenrooster, deze ziet er als volgt uit: - Twee ochtenddiensten van 06:00 tot 14:00 uur; - Twee middagdiensten van 14:00 tot 22:00 uur; - Vervolgens twee dagen vrij, waarna het rooster opnieuw begint. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je gaat aan de slag bij een grote producent van keramische bouwmaterialen. Met negentien productielocaties verspreid over Nederland heeft deze organisatie een sterke positie binnen de keramische industrie. Op de vestiging in de regio Nijmegen worden hoogwaardige dakpannen gemaakt, terwijl andere fabrieken zich onder meer bezighouden met de productie van gevelstenen.
