Letterlijk. Je werkt met moderne drukpersen en zorgt dat alles soepel en nauwkeurig verloopt. Geen dag is hetzelfde. En je werkt in een organisatie waar je de kans krijgt om door te groeien. Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Als operator zorg jij ervoor dat de drukpersen perfect draaien. Je stelt ze in, bedient ze, bewaakt de kwaliteit en grijpt in als dat nodig is. Je werkt met moderne machines en houdt het productieproces soepel en veilig. Ook voer je klein onderhoud uit en denk je mee over hoe dingen nóg slimmer kunnen. Je werkt in 2-ploegendienst (vroeg/laat) en ontvangt hiervoor een toeslag op je salaris. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je komt te werken bij een toeleverancier in de wereld van luxe verpakkingen. Denk aan cadeaupapier, feestverpakkingen en ander bedrukt drukwerk. De producten worden geleverd aan grote winkelketens in heel Europa. De locatie in Nederland is modern en efficiënt ingericht. De productieafdeling werkt in 2-ploegendienst. Je werkt samen met vakmensen die het proces door en door kennen. De sfeer is informeel, de communicatie direct. Er is veel ruimte voor vakmanschap, ontwikkeling en verbetering.
