Svedex Deuren in Varsseveld produceert hoogwaardige binnendeuren. Binnen de fabriek wordt gewerkt met moderne en grotendeels geautomatiseerde productielijnen. Je komt terecht in een nette en moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en vakmanschap belangrijk zijn. De werksfeer is nuchter en informeel. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar er is ook aandacht voor samenwerking, werkplezier en jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling.Wat ga je doen?

Als Machine Operator zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces goed blijft draaien. Je bedient en stelt moderne, computergestuurde machines in, houdt de kwaliteit in de gaten en grijpt in wanneer er iets niet goed gaat. Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met een machine aan- en uitzetten, maar leert het productieproces écht kennen.

Daarbij krijg je bij Svedex volop de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. In ongeveer twee jaar tijd kun je doorgroeien tot allround operator, waarbij je verschillende machines en productielijnen leert bedienen, instellen en ombouwen. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst. Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw machine of productielijn. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Bedienen, instellen en ombouwen van productiemachines; • Controleren of het productieproces goed verloopt; • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen; • Samenwerken met de Technische Dienst bij grotere storingen; • Uitvoeren van eerstelijns en preventief onderhoud; • Werken met verschillende besturingssystemen en software; • Bewaken van de productieplanning; • Meedenken over hoe het productieproces slimmer en efficiënter kan.
