In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, controleren en bijsturen van verschillende productie-installaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces veilig, efficiënt en volgens de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Heb jij een VAPRO A of VAPRO B, ervaring binnen een productieomgeving en staat veiligheid bij jou altijd voorop? Dan komen wij graag met je in contact. Als Procesoperator zorg je samen met je collega's voor het realiseren van de geplande productie. Je bewaakt het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat producten tijdig en volgens de juiste kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve specificaties beschikbaar zijn. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen, controleren, regelen en bijsturen van productie- en aftapinstallaties; - Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van filtratie- en aftapwerkzaamheden; - Aftappen van producten in onder andere vaten en tankwagens; - Instellen en bedienen van (semi-)automatische installaties; - Bewaken van het functioneren van installaties en apparatuur; - Signaleren en melden van storingen en procesafwijkingen; - Uitvoeren van controlerondes en adequaat reageren op alarmmeldingen; - Verrichten van klein technisch onderhoud en verhelpen van eenvoudige storingen; - Invoeren van productie- en procesgegevens in geautomatiseerde systemen; - Zorgdragen voor voldoende grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen; - Wegen van tankwagens na het laad- of aftapproces; - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden binnen installaties en processen; - Zorgdragen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkplek; - Actief deelnemen aan werkoverleggen en verbetertrajecten.
