Je werkt 36 tot 40 uur per week in een 3-ploegendienst, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het soepel laten draaien van de productielijnen voor melk, yoghurt en andere zuivelproducten. Kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid staan altijd centraal. Je begint je dag met het opstarten, instellen en bedienen van de machines. Je controleert recepturen, bewaakt het productieproces en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, neemt monsters en registreert alles nauwkeurig. Kleine storingen los je zelf op en bij productwissels bouw je de lijn om. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkplek schoon en veilig blijft, altijd volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen. Samen met je collega's denk je mee over procesverbeteringen. Deze baan is ideaal als je graag in een betrokken team werkt en praktisch bezig bent. Je krijgt goede begeleiding, een duidelijk inwerktraject en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen.
