Je werkt met machines en installaties die een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan de productie van substraten voor de champignonteelt. Daarbij bewaak je de kwaliteit van het proces en zorg je voor een veilige en hygiënische werkomgeving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Mengen, vullen, enten en verwerken van grondstoffen; - Bedienen, controleren en bijstellen van machines en installaties; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles, metingen en monsterafnames; - Oplossen van eenvoudige storingen en signaleren van technische afwijkingen; - Uitvoeren van schoonmaak- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften. Heb je ervaring met een shovel of wil je dit graag leren? Dan zijn er mogelijkheden om operatorwerkzaamheden te combineren met shovelwerk. Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit Als Operator 3-ploegen werk je samen met collega's op verschillende afdelingen binnen het productieproces. Je controleert installaties, neemt monsters af, voert kwaliteitsmetingen uit en bewaakt de voortgang van het proces. Geen dienst is hetzelfde, omdat je op verschillende afdelingen ingezet kunt worden. Je werkt in een productieomgeving waar grondstoffen voor de champignonteelt worden verwerkt. Dit betekent dat je niet in een steriele fabriek werkt, maar in een omgeving waar techniek, kwaliteit en hygiënisch werken centraal staan.
