Wil jij als procesoperator in Waalwijk werken in 3 ploegen en tot €3.600,- bruto per maand verdienen inclusief ploegentoeslag? Zoek je een functie waarin je techniek, kwaliteit en logistiek combineert? In deze rol bewaak je het productieproces, stel je installaties bij en voer je controles uit op het product en de grondstoffen. Afhankelijk van de afdeling werk je daarnaast met bigbags, heftruckwerkzaamheden of het ombouwen van productielijnen. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar nieuwe medewerkers goed worden ingewerkt en waar ruimte is om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Functieomschrijving: Als procesoperator werk je midden in het productieproces en zorg je dat grondstoffen goed worden verwerkt tot een kwalitatief eindproduct. Je combineert procesbewaking met technische handelingen en praktische werkzaamheden op de werkvloer. Over het algemeen zijn dit jouw werkzaamheden: • Instellen en bedienen van productie-installaties. • Bewaken van proceswaarden en bijsturen wanneer dat nodig is. • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en metingen tijdens het proces. • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen. • Ombouwen van machines en lijnen bij product- of formaatwissels. • Verwerken en wisselen van bigbags met grondstoffen. • Uitvoeren van heftruckwerkzaamheden binnen het productieproces. • Controleren of grondstoffen en producten aan de juiste specificaties voldoen. • Vastleggen van productiegegevens, controles en afwijkingen. • Samenwerken met collega's om het proces veilig en volgens planning te laten verlopen.

Functievereisten: Je hoeft nog niet op iedere afdeling ervaring te hebben, maar een basis in productie en gevoel voor techniek zijn wel belangrijk. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en vindt het prettig om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen binnen het proces. • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving. • Technisch inzicht en interesse in machines en processen. • Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken. • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en voeds
