Als Operator werk je in een moderne productieomgeving waar iedere dag verse producten worden gemaakt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de machines goed blijven draaien en het productieproces soepel verloopt. Samen met je collega's houd je de kwaliteit en veiligheid goed in de gaten. Het werk is afwisselend en je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, maar daar staat een vast werktijdenrooster en een vrij weekend tegenover.

Jouw werkzaamheden:- Zelfstandig bedienen, vullen, instellen en schoonmaken van productiemachines - Kleine storingen oplossen en ervoor zorgen dat machines goed blijven werken - Samenwerken met de technische dienst bij onderhoud en grotere storingen - Nieuwe collega's inwerken en begeleiden op de werkvloer - Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 08.00 tot 17.00 uur, gemiddeld 40 uur per week. In het weekend ben je lekker vrij.

Binnen het bedrijf staat de ontwikkeling van de werknemers centraal, zo zijn er doorgroeimogelijkheden en kun je trainingen en cursussen volgen.
