Dan is deze baan bij een bekende producent van huisbeveiliging en fietssloten iets voor jou. Het bedrijf heeft veel nieuwe orders binnengekregen. Daarom openen ze een nieuwe assemblagelijn en starten. Er worden één of twee nieuwe operators gezocht om de productie draaiende te houden. wat bieden wij jou € 3178 - € 3600 per maand, excl. toeslagen direct contract van bedrijf 2 ploegen, 40 uur, 32 bespreekbaar 40 vrije dagen per jaar bonus o.b.v. bedrijfsresultaten alle ruimte voor je groei & ontwikkeling wie ben jij Je bent een operator met ervaring in een fabriek. Je lost graag technische problemen op aan machines. Een specifiek diploma is niet nodig; je werkervaring is het belangrijkst. Het is momenteel erg druk in de fabriek. Jij blijft rustig, houdt het overzicht en helpt mee om de werkdruk te verlagen. - je hebt werkervaring opgedaan in de productie - je lost simpele storingen zelf op en schakelt op tijd de technische dienst in als het niet lukt - je vervangt graag zelf onderdelen of doet aanpassingen in een productielijn wat ga je doen Je werkt aan een compleet nieuwe, moderne lijn voor fietssloten. Dit doe je samen met drie of vier andere operators in een 2 ploegendienst. Andere productiemedewerkers vullen de materialen aan de lijn aan. Jij zorgt dat de machines soepel blijven draaien. Je start met een inwerktraject van een paar maanden en loopt dan mee met ervaren collega's. Om alles goed te leren, kunnen je werktijden in deze periode wisselen. - je verhelpt storingen in de lascel (60-70% mechanisch, 30% bij de robots of besturing) - je kalibreert en reset de robots en je legt producten...
