Operator - 3 ploegen Aalten Meer details Operator - 3 ploegen Als Operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van één van de productielijnen. Je bewaakt de aanvoer van materialen, controleert de instellingen van de machines en stuurt deze waar nodig bij. Je houdt de kwaliteit van de producten nauwlettend in de gaten en lost storingen zelfstandig of samen met collega's op. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces. Er wordt in deze fabriek op hoog tempo gewerkt, dus je moet snel schakelen. In deze afwisselende functie leer je verschillende productielijnen bedienen, ombouwen en optimaliseren. Je werkt met zowel deels als volledig geautomatiseerde installaties en krijgt volop de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
