Na een intensieve on-the-job training en begeleiding door een interne coach leer je de machine volledig kennen en kun je de productielijn uiteindelijk zelfstandig bedienen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen en controleren van de productielijn; - Werken met besturings- en regeltechnische systemen; - Bewaken van de productievoortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid; - Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van procesverstoringen; - Uitvoeren van kleine reparaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Samenwerken met monteurs bij grotere of complexere reparaties; - Inschakelen van technische experts wanneer een storing niet zelfstandig kan worden opgelost; - Werken volgens vaste procedures, standaarden en veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en efficiënter werken; - Begeleiden en opleiden van (nieuwe) operators; - Schoon en veilig houden van de werkomgeving; - Voorbereiden en deelnemen aan het ochtendoverleg. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en bent samen verantwoordelijk voor de machine en de productieresultaten. Van de start van je dienst tot de overdracht aan de volgende ploeg zorgen jullie ervoor dat het productieproces zo soepel mogelijk verloopt.
