Als Operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en begeleiden van het productieproces. Je houdt de kwaliteit goed in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het bewaken en aansturen van het productieproces; - Het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden vanuit de bedieningspanelen en op de werkvloer; - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het nemen van monsters; - Het uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud en het reinigen van onderdelen van de productielijn; - Het bewaken van de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstroom; - Het begeleiden en inwerken van collega's op de afdeling; - Het afstemmen van de productieplanning met collega's van de brekerij; - Het informeren van de productieleider over de voortgang en eventuele bijzonderheden. Je leert het proces steeds beter kennen en krijgt de ruimte om verbeteringen aan te dragen en door te voeren.
