Wie ben jij Als operator steek je graag je handen uit de mouwen! Je bent flexibel en niet bang voor afwisseling. De hele dag fysiek bezig zijn, is geen probleem voor jou! Ook werk je graag in een team waar samenwerking en groei centraal staan.

Nog geen ervaring als operator? Niet erg! Als je het vak graag wilt leren, krijg je hier de kans jezelf te ontwikkelen. Ook ben je van harte welkom als je wel al ervaring hebt als operator! Hier kun je je zeker verder ontwikkelen!

- Beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed.

Wat ga je doen Als operator start je de dag met een korte blik op de planning. En een bakkie pleur natuurlijk. Je komt op 1 van deze 2 afdelingen te werken: 1) veredeling en 2) opmaak verhard.

1) Hier ga je aan de slag als operator spanraam. Deze machine bedien je met 2 personen. Met je collega stel je de machine in. Samen houden jullie in de gaten of alles soepel loopt. Zie je iets wat beter kan? Dan grijp je direct in. Tijdens een kleurwissel maken jullie de machine snel en nauwkeurig schoon. Dat is belangrijk want dan kan de volgende order zonder vertraging starten. Verder controleer je regelmatig of de producten perfect zijn. Kwaliteit staat namelijk voorop!

2) Hier werk je als operator plissé en Rollo. Op deze afdeling hou je je bezig met het keuren en plisseren van producten. Ook pak je z
