Als Operator ben je samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor het productieproces. Je voert, in opdracht van je ploegbaas, zelfstandig werkzaamheden uit binnen de gestelde normen ARBO, veiligheid en milieu. De belangrijkste taken omvatten: - Je stuurt productieprocessen aan conform de productieplanning en recepturen; - Je ziet toe op de procesvoortgang en grijpt in bij afwijkingen; - Je neemt monsters en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit; - Je denkt actief mee m.b.t. verbetervoorstellen; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor schoonmaakwerkzaamheden van productiemachines en/of hulpmiddelen; - Je draagt zorg voor een correcte en tijdige administratieve afhandeling conform werkinstructies. De werkzaamheden zijn in 2 ploegen. De ochtendploeg werkt van 05.30-14.00 uur en de middagploeg werkt van 13.30-22.00 uur. Jouw profiel Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand die ervaring heeft binnen een productiebedrijf (voorkeur in de voedingssector).
