Heb je affiniteit met techniek en ben je gemotiveerd? Dan leren wij je stap voor stap de werkzaamheden, machines en technieken binnen onze productie kennen. Je werkt in dagdienst en hebt uitzicht op een vast contract. Dankzij jou blijven de machines draaien en loopt de productie door. Je leert het vak tijdens het werk en krijgt stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid. Uiteindelijk bedien je meerdere machines en beheer je zelfstandig een deel van de productie. De meest voorkomende werkzaamheden: - Instellen en bedienen van verschillende productiemachines. - Plannen van productieopdrachten en controleren van materialen, maten en kwaliteit; - Oplossen van kleine storingen en uitvoeren van eenvoudig onderhoud. Je houdt als operator in opleiding dagdienst meerdere machines tegelijk in de gaten en bereidt nieuw werk op tijd voor. Soms werk je producten af of help je mee in het magazijn. Werktijden: maandag tot en met vrijdag in dagdienst tussen 07:30 en 16:30 uur. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week. Functie-eisen - Affiniteit met techniek en de motivatie om het vak te leren. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Goed kunnen rekenen. Arbeidsvoorwaarden - € 2.600,00 - € 3.000,00 bruto per maand. - 25 vakantiedagen. - 8% vakantiegeld. - € 0,23 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer. - Pensioenopbouw. - Mogelijkheid om wekelijks uitbetaald te krijgen. - Uitzicht op een vaste baan als operator in opleiding in dagdienst.
