Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Regio Apeldoorn. Bij dit toonaangevende bedrijf in Apeldoorn, actief in de Chemische Industrie, werk je als Operator A 5-ploegen in een moderne fabriek waar chemische producten worden vervaardigd voor verschillende toepassingen.

Als Operator A ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en bewaken van de machines om de productie draaiende te houden. In het 5-ploegensysteem zorg jij ervoor dat de processen soepel verlopen en de producten voldoen aan de kwaliteitseisen.

Functie-inhoud: - Je stelt machines in en bedient ze voor de productie van chemische producten, waarbij je zorgt dat het proces continu verloopt - Je bewaakt het productieproces en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om ervoor te zorgen dat de producten voldoen aan de specificaties - Je verhelpt kleine storingen en voert preventief onderhoud uit om stilstand van de machines te minimaliseren - Je registreert productiegegevens nauwkeurig en rapporteert afwijkingen aan de leidinggevende - Je werkt in een 5-ploegensysteem, wat zorgt voor een continue productiecyclus.

Functie-eisen: - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in procestechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting - Je hebt ervaring met het bedienen van productiemachines in een industriële omgeving - Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt zelfstandig storingen verhelpen en onderhoud uitvoeren - Je bent bereid om te werken in een 5-ploegensysteem - Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt strikte veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
