Functieomschrijving: Als operator in Amstelveen speel je een centrale rol. Jij bewaakt het volledige productieproces van het brood. Je weegt ingrediënten af en volgt de recepten nauwkeurig op. Daarna vorm je het deeg tot mooie eindproducten. Tijdens het proces controleer je continu of alles voldoet aan de eisen. Hygiëne is erg belangrijk in deze bakkerij. Je volgt de regels voor voedselveiligheid daarom altijd strikt op. Je werkt nauw samen met je team om de planning te halen. Zo krijgt elke klant op tijd zijn verse bestelling. Aan het eind van je dienst maak je de machines en je eigen werkplek weer helemaal schoon.
