Dit internationale bedrijf in Zutphen is gespecialiseerd in de Voedingsmiddelenindustrie en produceert diverse voedingsproducten voor zowel de nationale als internationale markt. Als Operator B 2-Ploegen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van geautomatiseerde productielijnen. Je bewaakt het proces, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt ervoor dat de productie voldoet aan strikte hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen. De fabriek in Zutphen biedt een moderne werkomgeving gericht op efficiëntie en kwaliteit.

Functie-inhoud: - Je bedient en controleert de machines om een stabiel productieproces te waarborgen en voert procescontroles uit - Je voert visuele en meetcontroles uit op de producten om ervoor te zorgen dat de kwaliteit consistent is - Je verhelpt kleine storingen aan de machines en werkt nauw samen met de technische dienst voor onderhoudswerkzaamheden - Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst en draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte ploegwisseling - Je houdt de productieomgeving schoon en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften worden nageleefd.

Functie-eisen: - Je hebt minimaal een mbo-diploma in een technische richting, zoals procestechniek of elektrotechniek - Je hebt ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving en bent gewend om productiemachines te bedienen en te onderhouden - Je kunt zelfstandig technische storingen verhelpen en denkt mee over procesoptimalisaties - Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegendienst en hebt geen problemen met wisselende werktijden - Je hebt ervaring met het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en weet hoe je afwijkingen kunt opsporen en corrigeren - Je werkt graag in teamverband en hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

Wij bieden: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3.000,- en € 3.800,- afhankelijk van je ervaring en technische vaardig
