Vacaturebeschrijving Zet de volgende stap in je carrière als Operator Bakkerij! Met jouw technische inzicht zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces soepel blijft verlopen. Je werkt in ploegendienst en helpt mee met de productie van vers brood en eierkoeken. Ondertussen werk je in een omgeving waar de geur van versgebakken producten je de hele dag tegemoetkomt. Als Operator Bakkerij zorg jij ervoor dat er iedere dag vers brood en eierkoeken van de band komen. Op de productielijn worden dagelijks ongeveer 60.000 producten gemaakt. Jij houdt het productieproces goed in de gaten, bedient de machines en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel blijft verlopen. Daarbij verlies je de kwaliteit en veiligheid natuurlijk niet uit het oog.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit:- Controleren of alle ingrediënten en materialen aanwezig zijn - Instellen en bedienen van de machines - Het productieproces bewaken en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren - Kleine storingen oplossen en bij grotere problemen de technische dienst inschakelen - Zorgen voor een schone, veilige en nette werkplek en goed onderhouden machines

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Af en toe werk je in het weekend. In dat geval krijg je een vrije dag doordeweeks terug.
