Voor een internationaal en groeiend bedrijf in de regio Menen is Randstad op zoek naar een gedreven operator die graag nauwkeurig werkt. In deze functie kom je terecht in een dynamische, informele en familiaire werkomgeving waar kwaliteit, snelheid en service centraal staan. Als operator werk je in een 2-ploegenstelsel, krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en werk je met hoogwaardige technologieën.

  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om nieuwe productieprocessen onder de knie te krijgen.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig om de kwaliteit van het eindproduct te waarborgen.
  • Je beschikt over een hoog veiligheidsbesef en volgt de veiligheidsinstructies strikt op.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in 2 ploegen in de regio Menen.

In de rol van operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlot en veilig laten verlopen van het productieproces. Jouw taken bestaan uit:

  • Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles op grondstoffen.
  • Afwegen, doseren en toevoegen van grondstoffen en correctievloeistoffen volgens receptuur.
  • Instellen van machine-setpoints en het continu bewaken van het productieproces.
  • Bedienen van de hef- en reachtruck voor het interne transport van materialen.
  • Registreren en bijwerken van de productieplanning in SAP.
  • Reinigen van de installaties (zoals parelmolens) en het zelfstandig oplossen van kleine storingen.
  • Voorbereiden van monstername voor labanalyses en het afvullen van eindproducten in diverse verpakkingen.
