Functieomschrijving: Als operator ben je een belangrijke kracht in het productieproces. Samen met jouw team zorg je dat alles veilig en vlot verloopt. Je pakt verschillende taken op in een zelfsturende groep.

Je haalt grondstoffen naar de juiste plek met de heftruck. Alles staat zo op tijd klaar voor de start van het proces. Je bedient de grote ketels en stelt de machines precies in. Tijdens het werk houd je alles nauwkeurig in de gaten. Je stuurt bij waar dat nodig is.

Daarnaast controleer je of de kwaliteit van de producten klopt. Je neemt monsters en zet alle gegevens netjes in het systeem. Je vult de producten af en plakt de juiste labels op de verpakkingen.
