Als Operator Coatingafdeling ben jij onmisbaar voor een soepel verloop van de productie. Je werkt met technisch textiel en zorgt dat de coatinglijn optimaal draait. Hierbij hou je de kwaliteit steeds in het oog en stuur je bij waar nodig.

Een typische werkdag bestaat uit het inleggen van weefselrollen, het aanhechten van nieuwe rollen, en het inladen van dip. Je controleert en registreert procesparameters zoals gewicht, temperatuur, snelheid en druk. Verder coördineer je de voorbereidingen voor een vlotte stijlwissel, voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorg je ervoor dat alles netjes en veilig verloopt volgens de 5S-methode.

Je vult productiebladen en rapporten in, snijdt stalen af en pakt de rollen in. Veiligheid, orde en precisie vind je belangrijk. Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem (5u00-13u15 en 13u15-21u30). Zin om je technische skills in te zetten in deze job? Solliciteer dan zeker!
