Met jouw technische inzicht zorg je ervoor dat de machines optimaal functioneren en de kwaliteit van de eindproducten gewaarborgd blijft. Je werkt in een middelgroot team met een resultaatgerichte maar collegiale sfeer, waar veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Wat ga je doen: - Je stelt productiemachines in, bedient ze en controleert of ze goed draaien; - Je bewaakt het productieproces en grijpt in wanneer nodig; - Je lost kleine technische storingen op en voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit; - Je controleert de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde materialen en registreert je bevindingen; - Je verpakt de producten en maakt ze gereed voor transport. Wat we je bieden - Een salaris tussen €3.100 en €3.600 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en inclusief ploegentoeslag; - Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Een fulltime baan van 40 uur per week in een 3-ploegendienst; - Reiskostenvergoeding en keuze uit wekelijkse of vierwekelijkse salarisbetaling; - Volop opleidingsmogelijkheden, zoals interne trainingen en certificeringen (bijv. VCA, LEAN, heftruckcertificaat); - Een moderne, veilige werkomgeving met een collegiale en resultaatgerichte sfeer.
