Als Operator ben jij de sleutel tot ons productieproces. Je bedient de machines en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Kwaliteit is jouw prioriteit en met je precisie help je het team om de beste resultaten te behalen.

Dit zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden:- Machines instellen, bedienen en bijstellen - Het productieproces bewaken en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren - Kleine storingen signaleren en oplossen - Grondstoffen afwegen en verwerken volgens richtlijnen - Bijdragen aan verbeteringen in het productieproces

Je werkt 36 uur per week in dagdienst, met de mogelijkheid om later in een 2-ploegendienst te werken als dat nodig is.
