Functieomschrijving: Als operator zorg je dat het werk in de fabriek soepel verloopt. Je bedient de machines en stelt deze goed in. Zo maak je producten van de hoogste kwaliteit. Je controleert regelmatig of alles nog volgens plan gaat. Zie je een kleine storing? Dan los je dit direct op. Je houdt ook het onderhoud van de machines bij. Tijdens je shift overleg je met collega's over de voortgang. Je geeft het werk netjes over aan de volgende ploeg. Samen zorgen jullie voor een schone en veilige werkplek. Als operator ben je de belangrijkste persoon bij het productieproces.

Functievereisten: Wij geloven dat een goede klik belangrijker is dan een perfect cv. Herken jij jezelf hierin?
