Je zorgt ervoor dat de pottenlijn goed blijft draaien en dat de kwaliteit van het product continu wordt bewaakt. Tijdens het produceren houd je het proces nauwlettend in de gaten, voer je controles uit en bewaak je de technische staat van de lijn. Afhankelijk van je ervaring pak je verschillende werkzaamheden op. Heb je al meer ervaring als operator? Dan los je ook zelfstandig eerstelijns storingen op en denk je actief mee over technische verbeteringen aan de lijn. Ben je nog wat minder ervaren, maar werk je nauwkeurig en wil je het vak verder leren? Dan leiden we je stap voor stap op binnen het proces. Als operator pottenlijn werk je aan de lijn waar pindapasta in potjes worden afgevuld en verpakt. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat het verpakkingsproces soepel, veilig en volgens de juiste kwaliteitseisen verloopt. Je werkt in 3 ploegen, waarbij je eens per 3 weken op zaterdag werkt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit het aanvoeren van potjes, het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het controleren van labels, THT-codes en metaaldetectie. Daarnaast zorg je voor een juiste registratie van controles en productiegegevens. Ook stel je machines om en verhelp je kleine storingen en afwijkingen aan de lijn, bijvoorbeeld wanneer een label of deksel niet goed geplaatst is. Heb je al ervaring als operator?
