Functieomschrijving: Als operator ben je samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor het maken van heerlijke eindproducten. Je takenpakket bevat diverse werkzaamheden binnen de fabriek, waarbij je zorgt voor een soepele gang van zaken. Je bereidt de dag voor door alle benodigde materialen klaar te zetten en zorgt dat de grondstoffen precies volgens het recept worden samengesteld.

Vervolgens bedien en controleer je de machines, waarbij je het gehele proces nauwlettend in de gaten houdt. Hierdoor kun je direct ingrijpen bij afwijkingen en kleine storingen oplossen, zodat de productie doorloopt. Tijdens je werk ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het verhelpen van kleine defecten om stilstand te voorkomen.
