Wil jij als operator in Etten-Leur werken in 3 ploegen en tussen €3.100,- en €3.600,- bruto per maand verdienen? Zoek je een functie waarin je niet alleen een lijn bedient, maar ook echt begrijpt wat er in het proces gebeurt? In deze rol werk je met recepturen, grondstoffen en extrusielijnen en houd je continu in de gaten of het proces goed blijft lopen. Je stelt machines in, controleert de kwaliteit en grijpt in wanneer iets afwijkt. Je komt terecht in een hecht team met korte lijnen, waar je goed wordt ingewerkt en de ruimte krijgt om steeds meer zelfstandig op te pakken.

Functieomschrijving: Als operator houd je het productieproces stabiel en zorg je dat grondstoffen volgens de juiste receptuur worden verwerkt. Je werkt met extrusielijnen en controleert tijdens iedere stap of kwaliteit, instellingen en output kloppen. Over het algemeen zijn dit jouw werkzaamheden: • Instellen en bedienen van de productielijnen. • Afwegen, doseren en toevoegen van grondstoffen volgens receptuur. • Bewaken van het productieproces en bijsturen wanneer waardes afwijken. • Controleren van kleur, samenstelling en kwaliteit van het eindproduct. • Voorbereiden van nieuwe batches en ombouwen van machines bij productwissels. • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen. • Ondersteunen bij onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de machines. • Registreren van productiegegevens en controles in het systeem. • Verpakken van het eindproduct en gereedzetten voor verdere verwerking. • Schoon en veilig houden van machines en werkplek.

Functievereisten: Je hoeft nog niet alles van extrusie te kennen, maar enige ervaring in productie en technisch inzicht zijn wel belangrijk. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt het proces goed in de gaten en wilt jezelf verder ontwikkelen als operator. • Ervaring in een technische omgeving. • Technisch inzicht en interesse in machines en processen. • Nauwkeurig kunnen werken met grondstoffen en recepturen. • Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken. • Kleine stori
