Hier ben je geen nummer in productie, maar een cruciale schakel binnen een hoogtechnologisch proces waar jouw inzicht en reactiesnelheid echt het verschil maken. Een omgeving waar collega’s elkaar kennen, samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is en je elke dag met voldoening naar huis gaat.

Als gevestigde speler binnen de productie van voedingssupplementen investeren we volop in moderne installaties, sterke teams en een stabiele werkomgeving. Terwijl onze productielijnen dag en nacht draaien, zorg jij ervoor dat het extrusieproces perfect blijft verlopen. Parameters bijsturen, kwaliteit bewaken en snel schakelen bij afwijkingen: jij houdt het proces onder controle in een functie waar techniek, verantwoordelijkheid en afwisseling centraal staan.

Extrusie draait op machines. Een proces zo vloeiend als het onze draait op operators zoals jij!

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Extrusie operator stel je de extrusiemachines correct af en volg je de productieplanning nauwgezet op.
  • Je bewaakt en stuurt procesparameters zoals temperatuur en vochtigheid bij om een stabiele en hoogwaardige productkwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Daarnaast voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit op zowel grondstoffen als eindproducten, met aandacht voor detail, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je analyseert storingen, voert waar mogelijk kleine technische herstellingen uit en grijpt snel in bij productieafwijkingen.
  • Samen met je collega’s en de kwaliteitsafdeling zorg je voor een vlot, efficiënt en betrouwbaar productieproces.
  • In het bezit van een technisch diploma zodat je snel bent ingewerkt
  • Feeling met proces gestuurde installaties, en al enkele jaren ervaring in soortgelijke rol
  • Technisch sterk, analytisch en zelfstandig bij storingen en bijsturingen
