Een toonaangevend bedrijf in de procesindustrie dat zich richt op hoogwaardige productie en verpakking. Je werkt met moderne productiemachines en verpakkingslijnen in een dynamische omgeving. In deze rol ben jij een cruciale schakel in het proces, waar je samenwerkt met een team van operators om de continuïteit van de productie te waarborgen en processen te optimaliseren. Er is veel ruimte voor jouw technische vaardigheden en kennis van PLC-gestuurde installaties. Functie-inhoud - Uitvoeren en bewaken van het productieproces volgens richtlijnen en instructies. - Instellen van productiemachines en bedienen van verpakkingslijnen volgens werkvoorschriften. - Snijden van grondstoffen uit zakgoed of big bags en maken van voormengsels met de juiste doseringen. - Nauwkeurig registreren van handelingen en monsters van eindproducten nemen voor laboratoriumanalyse. - Ondersteunen bij storingen en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud. - Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en eerste lijns storingsanalyses uitvoeren. Functie-eisen - Ervaring als operator in een procesomgeving. - Kennis van PLC-gestuurde installaties en technische verstoringen. - Nauwkeurigheid in registratie en rapportage van afwijkingen. - Bereidheid om in ploegendiensten te werken. - Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen.
