Technisch Operator

Als Technisch Operator bewaak je de productielijn door machines te controleren, storingen te coördineren en kleine problemen zelf op te lossen, waarbij je de schakel bent tussen Productie en Technische Dienst. Daarnaast werk je aan procesverbeteringen, controleer je verpakkingsmaterialen en borg je veiligheid en hygiëne.

Als Technisch Operator ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de afdeling om te kijken wat en waar de storing is. Is de storing makkelijk op te lossen, dan ga je ervoor maar is het lastiger dan los je dit in samenwerking met de Technische Dienst op. De Technische Dienst doet het preventieve onderhoud en inspecties aan de productielijnen en jij speelt hierin een belangrijke rol: je bent de schakel tussen Productie en Technische Dienst.

- Controle van de productie – Voordat de Productie begint controleer je de lijnloop. Je inspecteert de machines, controleert sensoren en instellingen en lost kleine problemen zelf op.

- Storingen coördineren – Je meldt storingen en zorgt dat deze snel opgelost worden door de technische dienst.

- Controle van verpakkingsmaterialen – Je checkt of de verpakkingsmaterialen van goede kwaliteit zijn en geschikt voor gebruik.

- Verbeteren van het productieproces – Je kijkt naar mogelijkheden om het proces efficiënter te maken.

- Veilig werken en zorgen voor voedselveiligheid – Je werkt volgens de hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels en meldt gevaarlijke situaties.

- Rapporteren – Je legt storingen, onderhoud en controles vast via een iPad en overlegt met je leidinggevende.
