Ervaring in productie, techniek, montage, CNC of logistiek is mooi meegenomen, maar wordt niet als harde eis gesteld. Zowel ervaren operators als kandidaten die zich verder willen ontwikkelen, komen in aanmerking. Ervaring met technische tekeningen en meetmiddelen is voor een aantal afdelingen een voordeel.

Werk jij graag met techniek en hoogwaardige producten? Voor een hightech productiebedrijf in Venlo zoekt LEAN HR meerdere Operators. Je werkt aan aluminium profielen voor onder andere de luchtvaart, automotive, medische technologie en machinebouw.

Samen kijken we welke afdeling aansluit bij jouw ervaring en voorkeuren. Bij extrusie controleer, zaag en verwerk je profielen en help je bij het instellen en ombouwen van de installatie. Op de CNC-afdeling span je producten op, bedien je machines en controleer je maten en toleranties. Bij finishing boor, tap, schuur en monteer je onderdelen aan de hand van technische tekeningen. Bij packing controleer en verpak je eindproducten voor verzending.

Je hebt technisch inzicht of interesse in techniek, werkt nauwkeurig en spreekt Nederlands. Je kunt zelfstandig werken en werkt graag samen. Ervaring in productie, techniek, montage, CNC of logistiek is mooi meegenomen. Ook kandidaten die zich verder willen ontwikkelen, komen in aanmerking.

Afhankelijk van de functie werk je in dagdienst, 2-ploegen of 3-ploegen. Het salaris start vanaf 17,65 euro bruto per uur in dagdienst. In ploegendienst kan dit, afhankelijk van functie en ervaring, oplopen tot 21,74 euro bruto per uur of circa 4.323 euro bruto per maand, inclusief ploegentoeslag. De ploegentoeslag bedraagt 20 of 23,5 procent, afhankelijk van het rooster.

Je krijgt 27 vakantiedagen, tot 104 extra roosteruren/13 ADV-dagen, arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Metalektro en een pensioenregeling via PME. Er zijn opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
