Wat doet een Operator Filling? Het woord "filling" zegt het al: afvullen. Maar dat is slechts het begin! Als Operator Filling bij onze klant heb je een veelzijdige rol. Naast het afvullen van producten, los je technische problemen op, zorg je voor een opgeruimde werkplek en bevoorraad je de lijn. Kortom, jij zorgt ervoor dat het hele logistieke proces soepel verloopt.

Je komt terecht in de fabriek in Schoten, waar we hoogwaardige antivries- en koelvloeistoffen produceren en verpakken. Deze vloeistoffen zijn essentieel voor koelsystemen in auto’s en industriële toepassingen.

Is afvullen hetzelfde als je auto voltanken? Nee, het komt met veel meer verantwoordelijkheden: Een goede voorbereiding is het halve werk:

- Je controleert alle gegevens (zowel op papier als digitaal) over etiketten, batchnummers, densiteit, tankinstellingen, etc. - Je raadpleegt het software-systeem om te controleren of het af te vullen eindproduct beschikbaar is en vergelijkt de gegevens met de afvulorder. - Je stelt de printerparameters in voor de bedrukking van etiketten. - Je zorgt ervoor dat de lijn klaar is voor productie door de juiste verpakkingsmaterialen aan te leveren.

En de andere helft van het werk?

- Je start het afvulproces en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt. - Je voert ombouwen uit tussen de verschillende productorders. - Je volgt het productieproces nauwlettend en grijpt in wanneer nodig. - Je superviseert je lijn en springt bij waar dat vereist is. - Je zorgt voor een opgeruimde werkplek en verwijdert afval.

Heb jij oog voor detail en ben je in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken? Dan ben jij degene die we zoeken! - Vaardigheden: Je bent in bezit van een geldig heftruckattest en hebt voldoende ervaring ermee Je kan werken met een BT Je beschikt over een soortgelijke werkervaring en kan dit aantonen Je blijft rustig onder druk en behoudt het overzicht aan de productielijn Je werkt graag samen met collega’s maar kan ook zelfstandig je taken uitvoeren Je kan vlot overweg met digitale systemen en productiegegevens

- Attesten: Je beschikt over een geldig heftruckattest. Je kan een attest goed gedrag en zeden voorleggen. Je kan rijden met een elektrische transpalet.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Je hebt een diploma hoger technisch onderwijs op zak.

- Vakkennis: Ervaring met productieprocessen, afvullijnen of industriële installaties is een sterke troef

- Talenkennis: Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands, kennis van Engels, Frans of Duits is zeer mooi meegenomen
