Functieomschrijving: Als operator finish speel je een centrale rol in onze fabriek. Jij zorgt dat het productieproces soepel draait. Je bedient verschillende apparaten zoals spanramen en kalanders. Ook maak je zelf de verf en pasta klaar voor de productie.

Tijdens het draaien controleer je constant de instellingen van de machine. Waar nodig stuur je bij voor een topresultaat. Bij een wissel van een partij maak je de machine grondig schoon. Je houdt je eigen werkplek altijd veilig en opgeruimd. Ook voer je kleine controles uit om de kwaliteit hoog te houden. Het is een baan waarbij je veel leert over techniek en productie.
