Als Proces Operator heb je verschillende taken roulerende rollen binnen de productie. Het proces begint bij het afvullen en doseren van de juiste grondstoffen, waarna de grondstoffen een verhittingsproces ingaan. Vervolgens wordt het halffabricaat gedecanteerd, waarbij de reststromen worden gefilterd voor hergebruik. Tenslotte worden de producten verpakt, alvorens ze naar de retailers, industriële verwerkers en importeurs gaan. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan voornamelijk uit het: - Bewaken en optimaliseren van het productieproces. - Toezicht houden op machines en installaties. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. - Oplossen van storingen. - Samenwerken met collega's voor een efficiënte productie. - Verbeteren van productieprocessen en implementeren van nieuwe technologieën. Over de organisatie Royal A-ware, een belangrijke speler in de zuivelindustrie, heeft één van hun 27 vestigingen in Lopik. Hier produceren zij rookkaas en smeltkaas van hoge kwaliteit. Bij Royal A-ware combineren ze traditionele methoden met moderne technieken om de beste kaasproducten te maken. De locatie in Lopik is belangrijk voor hun brede aanbod, waarbij vakmanschap en passie voor zuivel centraal staan. Deze plek helpt het bedrijf om efficiënt te werken en te voldoen aan de groeiende vraag naar lekkere kaasspecialiteiten.
