Solliciteer op deze unieke functie! Wat ga je doen? Als operator bij het Havenbedrijf & Bediencentrale is geen dag hetzelfde. Je werkt dagelijks vanuit de bediencentrale gelegen in Scheveningen. Je komt terecht in een hardwerkend en gemotiveerd team van 30 professionals. In ploegen werken jullie in een 24-uurscontinuedienst aan het beheren, exploiteren en onderhouden van de tunnelcentrale en de haven. Als operator in het multidisciplinaire team, zul je drie tunnels bewaken, drie bruggen op afstand bedienen en in noodgevallen de pollers in de stad bedienen. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de correcte registratie van alle data van de bewaking en bediening van de tunnels, bruggen en pollers. Wat bieden wij? Een cruciale functie met unieke uitdagingen, een prachtig uitzicht over de zee en een hecht team met veel inhoudelijke expertise. Ook kun je rekenen op: - een 36-urige werkweek met een salaris van minimaal €2.875,- en maximaal €4.065,- bruto per maand (schaal 7), op basis van een volledige (36-urige) werkweek; - een vaste maandelijkse toelage van 38,1% van het brutoloon; - een arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd voor de duur van 12 maanden met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging of een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd; - voor deze functie is een 36-urige werkweek verplicht, waarbij je inzetbaar bent voor dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten; werken in deeltijd is niet mogelijk. - 144 uur wettelijk verlof en 57,6 uur bovenwettelijk verlof (bij een volledig dienstverband van 36 uur); - een individueel keuzebudget (IKB) ter waarde van 17,05% boven op je salaris, dat je naar keuze kunt inzetten voor bijvoorbe...
