Je werkt in 2 ploegendienst en dat betekent veel afwisseling en een mooie toeslag op je salaris!

Wat bieden wij je? Je volgt een interne opleiding op de KS Profile Academy. Hiermee wordt je in zo'n 6 maanden voorbereid op een loopbaan als professioneel Operator! En uiteraard maak je straks onderdeel uit van een hecht, enthousiast en gemotiveerd team! Maar er is meer:

- Zo krijg je van ons goed betaald tijdens je opleiding! Namelijk € 2.771,- en € 2.928,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur;

- Ploegentoeslag van 16%;

- 8,33% vakantiegeld en 27 vakantiedagen;

- Vlotte doorgroeimogelijkheid naar Operator A (€2.955,- tot €4.021,- + 16% drieploegentoeslag);

- Na 12 maanden recht op winstuitkering;

- Reiskosten € 0,23 per km;

- Vrij in het weekend, want dan werken we niet verplicht;

- Elke donderdag een gratis lunch én elke dag gratis fruit.

De tijden van de drieploegendiensten lopen van 06.00 uur tot 15.15 uur en van 15.00 uur tot 23.15 uur.

- Je toont lekker veel initiatief en jij wil jezelf graag verder ontwikkelen;

- Je werkt gedisciplineerd, accuraat, netjes en veilig;
