Medewerkers werken in een compacte productielocatie met focus op voedselveiligheid, efficiëntie en samenwerking. Als Operator Inpak draag je bij aan de versheid en presentatie van producten tijdens de verpakkings- en uitleveringsprocessen. Je werkt volgens HACCP-richtlijnen, stelt verpakkingslijnen correct in, en voert visuele en functionele controles uit. De organisatie investeert in opleiding en begeleiding, zodat je snel zelfstandig kunt werken. Salaris tussen €2600 en €4000, met secundaire voorwaarden zoals reiskostenvergoeding, personeelskorting en een duidelijke vakantiedagenregeling. De locatie is goed bereikbaar en biedt een veilige werkplek met heldere procedures en een collegiale werksfeer. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt de inpaklijn in de productieomgeving. - Je zorgt dat producten correct worden gecontroleerd en verpakt volgens specificaties. - Je bedient en stelt verpakkingsmachines in en voert kleine technische aanpassingen uit. - Je rapporteert storingen, signaleert afwijkingen en onderneemt corrigerende acties. - Je werkt volgens HACCP- en hygiënerichtlijnen en zorgt voor een schone en veilige productieomgeving. - Je ondersteunt collega’s bij piekmomenten en draagt bij aan continue verbetering van de inpakprocessen. - Je bedient PLC-gestuurde, semi-geautomatiseerde verpakkingsmachines met HMI, start één van de vier verpakkingslijnen op, lost kleine mechanische storingen zelfstandig op en schakelt bij grotere storingen de technische dienst in.
