Bij Smart Packaging Solutions speel jij een belangrijke rol in het duurzaam productieproces van massief karton. Als Procesoperator Kartonmachine bedien je de nieuwste technologieën en werk je met een geavanceerde Kartonmachine. Jij zorgt ervoor dat oud papier wordt gerecycled tot kwalitatief hoogwaardig karton, samen met je ploeggenoten in een vijfploegendienst. Het werk is technisch uitdagend en biedt veel afwisseling, waardoor je je snel kunt ontwikkelen in je rol. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen, controleren en optimaliseren van de Kartonmachine - Verwerken van oud papier tot pulp in de stofvoorbereiding - Produceren van kartonbanen in de natpartij, inclusief rondzeven - Uitvoeren van het droogproces en plakken van liners in de droogpartij - Transport regelen rondom de afdeling als stoker - Snijden van karton op gevraagde formaten als formaatsteller Functie-eisen - Minimaal mbo niveau 3 - Technisch inzicht - Ervaring met DCS/PLC systemen is een pré - Bereidheid om in een vijfploegendienst te werken Wij bieden - Salaris tussen € 3.800 en € 4.500 inclusief 30% ploegentoeslag - Eindejaarsuitkering en winstuitkering afhankelijk van resultaat - 201,5 verlofuren op basis van een 33,6-urige werkweek - Opleiding tot Procesoperator niveau 3 met doorgroeimogelijkheden - Bedrijfsfitness en een actieve personeelsvereniging - Personeelsfonds voor gedeeltelijke vergoeding van zorgkosten
