Functieomschrijving: Als operator ben je de drijvende kracht op de werkvloer. Je zorgt dat het proces soepel verloopt met de nieuwste installaties. Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst en hebt een afwisselend takenpakket. Je controleert constant de kwaliteit van alle grondstoffen. Ook bewaak je het verloop van de gehele productie. Bij kleine afwijkingen grijp je direct in. Je lost technische storingen aan de machines vakkundig op. Daarnaast voer je onderhoud uit aan de apparatuur. Zo blijft de machine altijd in topconditie.
