Functieomschrijving: Als operator mengen zorg jij voor het juiste proces. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in de fabriek. Je mengt grondstoffen volgens de vaste recepten. Zo ontstaan de beste smeermiddelen voor klanten. Tijdens je werk controleer je constant de kwaliteit van het product. Zie je een afwijking? Dan grijp je direct in. Ook houd je de machines schoon en netjes. Je voert kleine taken uit aan de apparatuur. Alle stappen in het proces schrijf je netjes op in het systeem. Je praat veel met je teamleden over het werk. Zo maken jullie het proces elke dag een stukje beter.
