Als Operator Nabewerking in Steenwijk zorg je samen met je collega's voor producten van hoge kwaliteit. Ervaring als operator is niet vereist: je krijgt een goede inwerkperiode. Over de functie Je stelt nabewerkingsmachines in, bedient ze en bewaakt het productieproces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Opstarten, instellen en ombouwen van carrousel- en felsmachines. - Bedienen van robots en oplossen van kleine storingen. - Signaleren en verhelpen van afwijkingen. - Controleren van producten op kwaliteit en aantallen. - Verpakken van gereed product en netjes houden van je werkplek. - Overdragen van werkzaamheden bij ploegwisselingen. Je werkt in een vijfploegendienst en krijgt de kans om je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen. Dit krijg jij - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 3.893 tot € 4.172, onder voorbehoud van bevestiging van de juiste salarisschaal. - Een ploegentoeslag van 30% bij werken in vijf ploegen. - 8% vakantietoeslag en 25 vakantiedagen. - Een collectieve pensioenregeling en de mogelijkheid tot deelname aan een collectieve zorgverzekering. - Een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,25 per kilometer, vanaf 10 kilometer, tot maximaal € 25 per dag. - Opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden en een uitgebreid inwerktraject. - Een gratificatie van 3% en mogelijkheden voor een sportabonnemen...
