Je stelt machines in, bedient en bouwt deze om en houdt het proces nauwlettend in de gaten. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht herken je afwijkingen snel en weet je kleine storingen zelfstandig op te lossen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van productiemachines; - Bewaken van het productieproces en de productkwaliteit; - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen; - Inpakken en etiketteren van producten; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - Schoon, veilig en hygiënisch houden van de werkplek; - Samenwerken met collega's om de productieplanning te behalen. Je bent in bezit van - Technisch inzicht en bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een productieomgeving; - Een proactieve, nauwkeurige en leergierige werkhouding; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse of Engelse taal; - Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken; - Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne; - Een positieve instelling en goede teamspirit. - Een marktconform salaris, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring, op basis van 38,75 uur per week; - Een aantrekkelijke ploegentoeslag boven op je salaris; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 27 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband; - Een goede pensioenregeling; - Werken binnen een betrokken en gezellig team; - Goede mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen; - Een stabiele werkomgeving binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.
