Dat kan! Als Operator ovens, ook wel Ovenist genaamd, verdien je een goed salaris dat start op €3450 bruto per maand en kan oplopen tot €3732 bruto per maand, inclusief ploegentoeslag. Interesse? Lees dan snel verder! Ben jij technisch onderlegd en wil je graag aan de slag als Ovenist? Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Met jouw technische inzicht stel je ovens in, af en bij en los je storingen op aan de machines snel en vakkundig op. Stroopwafels hebben een hele korte baktijd. Hierdoor moeten de ovens perfect afgesteld zijn! De kwaliteit van de stroopwafels wordt bepaald door de kwaliteit van het deeg, de stroop en uiteraard ook het bakproces. Ook denk je actief mee over verbeteringen in het productieproces. Zo draag je direct bij aan de kwaliteit van een product waar miljoenen mensen in binnen- en buitenland van genieten. Je komt te werken aan een moderne, grotendeels geautomatiseerde productielijn. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij schakelt tussen techniek, kwaliteit en samenwerking met collega's. Daarbij werk je volgens de hoogste veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften. Werktijden: Er wordt gewerkt in een 3-ploegensysteem: Ochtenddienst van 07:00 tot 15:00 uur Middagdienst van 15:00 tot 23:00 uur Nachtdienst van 23:00 tot 07:00 uur De werkdagen zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag.
