De Pack- en Flexcare-lijnen zijn essentieel voor de productie van hoogwaardige producten in de industrie. Jij bedient en bewaakt deze lijnen in een 5-ploegensysteem, waarbij je zorgt voor een veilige en kwaliteitsvolle productie. Je werkt samen met een team van operators en technische specialisten, wat het werk technisch uitdagend maakt. Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan voorop in deze werkomgeving. Functie-inhoud - Opstarten, bedienen en afsluiten van de Pack- en Flexcare-lijnen volgens geldende procedures - Opereren en controleren van vulmachines, verpakkingslijnen en weeg- en oplossystemen en rapporteren van procesafwijkingen - Uitvoeren van reinigings- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden aan machines en werkplek conform werkinstructies - Assisteren bij formatwissels en ombouwen van apparatuur waar nodig - Uitvoeren van eerste lijns onderhoud en eenvoudige storingsdiagnoses, samenwerken met technische dienst bij gepland onderhoud Functie-eisen - Ervaring als operator in de industrie - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met vul- en verpakkingsmachines - Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegensysteem te werken - Kennis van HACCP en kwaliteitsnormen Wij bieden - Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen €2.600 en €3.200 bruto per maand - Toeslagen voor ploegendiensten - Mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en opleidingen - Een veilige en collegiale werkomgeving
