The posting

Start op de vloer. Groei door naar leiding. Geen loze belofte, wel een traject.

Je start als operator, maar met een duidelijk doel: doorgroeien naar ploegleider. Geen vaag groeipad, wel concreet en stap voor stap.

In het begin werk je actief mee aan de productielijn. Je bedient en stelt machines af, bouwt lijnen om en lost kleine storingen op. Je leert alle lijnen kennen en krijgt inzicht in het volledige productieproces.

Een typische dag? Je start je lijn op, volgt de productie en grijpt in waar nodig. Je werkt mee, maar neemt ook al verantwoordelijkheid: je stuurt collega’s aan, bewaakt kwaliteit en zorgt dat alles veilig verloopt.

Na verloop van tijd groei je door. Je krijgt meer verantwoordelijkheid, helpt bij planning en organisatie en begeleidt collega’s. Zo evolueer je richting ploegleider, met ondersteuning en opleiding.

Je komt terecht in een voedingsomgeving waar structuur en samenwerking centraal staan.

We zoeken iemand met potentieel, geen perfect profiel:

  • Technisch en praktisch inzicht
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en interesse in leiding geven
  • Teamgericht en duidelijk in communicatie
  • Bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken
  • Goede kennis Nederlands

Ervaring als operator is een plus, maar motivatie en leergierigheid maken hier het verschil.
